Group results:
The Penryn class of 2009 followed in the footsteps of the two most successful academic groups in the history of the College. Happily they rose to the occasion and have once again achieved a set of outstanding results to equal those that came before.
There were 102 scholars in this year's group. All of them passed, which is the 12th straight year (since the first matric group in 1998) that this has been achieved. We are justly proud of them. There were 144 distinctions (or an average of 1.42 per scholar) and an average result per subject per scholar of 65%. 53 scholars in the group achieved at least one distinction. Outside of the A symbols there were 188 B's, 166 C's and 157 D's.
88% of the group achieved results that enable them to enroll for a Bachelor's degree.
