Leadership
Leadership structures for Middle Phase scholars are limited to tutor group representatives on the Scholars Representative Council (SRC). Representatives are expected to take concerns of their tutor group to this body for discussion and are expected to give feedback following meetings. Representatives are democratically elected at the start of each year and serve for one year. Leadership on the SRC may be recognised in the College Awards Policy.
