Payment of School Fees:
1. Entrance Fee:
Is a once off non-returnable payment that secures the place of a scholar in a grade group. Entrance fees contribute to the development of campus facilities.
2. Per Annum: School fees for the year can be paid in full before 31 January 2010. A discount of 5% is given for this option.
3. Per Term: School and boarding fees are due in the first week of each term and not in arrears. Termly fees are payable by Debit Order.
4. Installments: School fees can be paid in 10 installments from February to November. The installment option will only be permitted on the Debit Order Scheme (Download Debit Order Form), see below.
Debit Order Scheme:
All parents on termly or monthly payment plans are expected to sign a debit order for the payment of fees and extras when their children join the school. There are different installment options.
Forms for the debit order system are attached. Please ensure that these are signed before your child joins the school at the start of next year.
All parents that are unable to sign a debit order agreement are to approach the Director of Administration to seek alternative arrangements.
Annual payments cannot be done by debit order. These are rather to be made through a direct deposit.

6. If parents do not approach us to discuss the payment option that they would like to use in a particular year, we will assume that they are using the same option that they used the previous year.
7. Extra Fees
Any extras will be debited to your account during the year and need to be paid promptly. Every attempt is made to keep these to a minimum as most extras are built into school fees.
8. Notice of withdrawal
On withdrawal of a child, parents are expected to give the school a full term's notice in writing. This is to be addressed to the Head. Where this is not given, parents will still be liable for the fees of that term. Scholars who are admitted to the boarding house will make a commitment for a calendar year unless they leave the school.
9. Council Policy
It is the policy of the Penryn Council that scholars whose fees have not been paid at the stipulated time, will be asked to leave the school forthwith. This will be communicated to parents telephonically as well as by means of a letter.
